As part of adidas Consortium’s Sneaker Exchange program, Kith NYC has partnered with pioneer women’s footwear shop Naked CPH for the 3rd release. Through combining experience and aesthetic, both shops introduce the NMD City Sock 2 silhouette — crafted to appeal to both men and women equally.
The NMD City Sock 2 silhouette is presented in Sandstone and Pink colorways executed with mélange Primeknit uppers. The adidas Three Stripes logo appears in metallic silver on white premium leather runner panels down the middle of the sneakers. The same quality leather is utilized for heel pulls, which display asymmetrical Kith and Naked branding. This new iteration of the City Sock remains laceless, but now features a foldover detail on the lateral side for increased accessibility. Other updates include debossed details on the lateral side of the BOOST midsoles, as opposed to its predecessor’s pegs.
With a €210 price tag, the adidas Consortium x Kith x Naked NMD City Sock 2 “Transatlantic Project” releases on March 4th at Kith.com and NakedCPH.com shops and one week later at Premium Consortium accounts, including: SNS, Overkill, Caliroots, Footshop.
