Nike just released the Air Sock Racer OG

Designed by Tinker Hatfield and originally released in 1987, the Air Sock Racer was as an experiment in streamlined, minimal design. The avant-garde silhouettte paved the way for the lightweight footwear of today.

Last seen in the limited “Genealogy of Free” collection from 2014, Nike Air Sock Racer is back!
Harnessing an OG-inspired black/yellow colourway, this iteration boasts breathable mesh uppers with a vibrant yellow underlay and comes sat atop a full-length Air Sole unit for impeccable underfoot cushioning with each footfall. Staying true to the original, the design swaps out a traditional lacing system for a sleek double buckle fastening for an adaptive fit.

The minimal running shoe has landed today, March 11th, at retailers worldwide, including: Allike, Overkill, Sneakersnstuff, TINT, Mr Porter, OffSpring, and others.
